Location
Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a reasonable location and the staff were friendly and hardworking. However, I found the dining options to be quite repetitive and not very appealing. The rooms were a bit of a trek from the main areas which made things less convenient. While it had some good features, there were definitely some downsides that could be improved upon.
We had a memorable stay at the hotel, enjoying great accommodations for our family of four. The location was perfect for activities like snorkeling and canoeing, and the staff was mostly friendly. However, we did encounter a rather uncomfortable situation with one staff member that left a negative mark. Overall, the value for money was decent, but there were some maintenance issues around the pool that need addressing.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable with lovely views and had all the essentials for self-catering, but they could use a bit of freshening up. Unfortunately, the service was lacking, especially during peak times, which was disappointing. The location was nice for a relaxing vacation, but overcrowded at times. Overall, I'd say it's good value for money, yet there are areas that need improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The traditional Spanish apartments were somewhere to lay my head, and while the location was great for a quiet family holiday, the rooms definitely need some upgrading. The service was a low point for me because of an unprofessional encounter at reception, but the pool bar staff were excellent. Overall, it was decent for the price, but there were definitely some drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely beautiful and perfect for relaxation, but the lack of air conditioning in the rooms was disappointing, especially with the high temperatures outside. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my family feel welcome. However, the dining options could improve as they often ran out of popular items, which made meals underwhelming.
